Balm-oil-milk cleanser. Sure to become your favourite pre-cleanser or straight-out cleanser. Heavenly and cloud-like, it goes on as a balm, is massaged in as oil and turns to milk with water, picking up dirt, pollution and makeup as it goes.

Usage

Apply a small amount to fingertips and warm between fingers. Once it starts to melt, apply to dry face and gently massage in circular motions all over the face, neck and décolletage. Massage for 1-2 minutes, then add water (turning the oil to milk) and then remove with the O Skin Shammy.

For dry and/or irritated skin, use NCB as both the first and second cleanse. Oily, acne-prone and problematic skins should use it as their first deep cleanse and follow with a second gel cleanser, either Gentle Antioxidant Cleanser or Corrective Cleanser & Peel. The perfect makeup cleanser for heavy or long-wear makeup.
